GoogleGemma at Bourne really stood out as very professional and well informed about the property I was viewing. Gemma provided lots of information about the property, the local area, and the neighbourhood, and she knew everything off the top of her head.
She pointed out things proactively and had answers before I needed to ask. She was very open about the status of the chain and the sellers, whereas sometimes this can be unnecessarily secretive.
I’ve had so many other viewings with other agents where they have no information about the property to hand, they can’t answer even simple questions, and don’t even bother to properly show you around.
