Contacted the agency to enquire about selling a property and arranged for a visit to value it and discuss details. Then had to rearrange it because of other commitments, but this did not phase Ross who was very understanding and happily (as far as I knew) sorted his schedule to fit in with mine. After the first visit on a Monday the property was on the site on the Wednesday and a buyer visited on the Friday. They then offered and subsequently bought the property. Throughout all this the team at Bourne kept me informed of progress and even went and read the meters for me on move day, as I wasn't able to be there.
