Initially wanted to part exchange with bloor homes as we thought it would be hassle free since there would be no chains attached, had my house valued by 2 different agencies, both those agencies told me the value of my house would be offers in excess of £375,000 called them back 4 days later, had to explain the whole situation again as they had no idea who I was and what I was talking about to be told they would buy my house for 347,000. Staff are nice but it doesn’t seem like they actually want to get work done, you have to constantly be on their back, no wonder they have such bad feedback on social media.

Why have new estates not got cycle lanes as standard, no solar,no evidence of anything that the government wants to force upon us all.No space for vehicles even though building 4 bed houses.no front gardens. Obviously I am not a fan 😭 …

DISGUSTING customer service provided by Emma Ball, Laura Edney and the rest of the customer care team at Bloor Homes. I moved into my property on the 1st April 2023, if only i knew back then what i have encountered now i may have shopped else where. They are quick enough to sell you the house but the snagging process and customer service after is diabolical. I have been having issues with my garden turf and front turf since the day i moved in. Issues were raised when i placed a reservation on the 26th February and i was assured they would be dealt with prior to moving in. They wasn't. Nearly 1 year later and I'm still battling this issue. Whats even more worrying is having a Customer Care Manager confidently tell me that 150mm of soil is 1.5cm. I am honestly lost for words. I would steer well clear from this company and their backstreet contractors they employ.

I am th0e labourer. I have enjoyed working with a Manager whom wants to make a difference. The class he has is reflected in the homes. He's a bit of a perfectionist. He stays resolute through out. He truly understands the investment buyers are buying into.. We all enjoy working for Liam.
