GoogleThe site at Blythe Valley has been a great disappointment to my wife and myself.
We have been interested in purchasing property with this sales office to be informed that
1 Properties seem to have been early birded before they are released for sale
2 We have a property to sell and have enquired about ASSISTED MOVE to be informed that it is not available, so what is the point in including that in the site advertising?
In short the sales office only want applicants with funds already in place, even though building works completion may be vey many months away, not very custome friendly, and poor advertising.

GoogleI have purchased a ground floor flat because I am disabled. I asked repeatedly if the soundproofing was good because I need my sleep. I was told it was amazing. I moved in December and had problems with the main doors because they banged so bad and my bedroom is on the same wall .we asked for them to be adjusted but never happened. My dad had to do it . I have now got someone moved in above and all I can here is them walking about

A couple of small snags were dealt with by Gary (site manager) within the first week of our move - a man with experience who clearly cares for his customers. Very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Bloor!
