We bought one of the last Bloor plots and dealt with Carol and Tiago throughout. They were brilliant…nothing was ever too much trouble, and they really made us feel like we mattered, which meant a lot. The house is really well finished and a great reflection of the brand and everyone who worked on it. Thanks also to James, our site manager, who was always happy to help and sorted any questions or concerns straight away. Big thanks to everyone involved!

I bought a new house through Bloor Homes at Pinhoe. Initially through Tiago, who provided fantastic service, considerate and thoughtful in difficult circumstances for me. Subsequently Hayley and Carol were so helpful and diligent, nothing was too much trouble. James and Ross on site after purchase have been amazing. The house shows real signs of pride in workmanship and has been problem free. A fabulous experience throughout and Bloor should be very proud of their staff. Simon,

Can't find a fault with the Bloor Homes sales team or the site team! Made the moving in process for a first time buyer so quick and painless, no question was to big or small to answer. Site team have been very welcoming, they kindly offered to take lots of our "moving in" flat packed empty boxes and put them in their skip which really helped us clearing out the house. A final thank you to Grace, Hayley, Maisie, Ash and Ross (plus rest of the team we haven't met) that have given us a beautiful house and couldn't ask for a better first home!

We had a fantastic experience with Bloor Homes thanks to the exceptional service from Carol and Tiago. From the moment we arrived for the first look at the show home and all the way through to completion and beyond, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They both took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the purchase process with genuine care and professionalism. Together, they made the entire journey smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, built to a high standard with great attention to detail. The layout, finish, and craftsmanship all reflect the quality Bloor Homes is known for, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. We’d also like to mention James, the site manager, who has been fantastic. He’s approachable, proactive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is perfect. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bloor Homes Pinhoe and the fantastic team.

We have recently purchased a Bloor home on the Pinhoe development and are absolutely blown away by the quality of the home and the level of customer service we have received. Moving is so stressful but to have the Bloor team helping us really took most of the stress away. The few minor 'snagging' problems are being dealt with so quickly and by such helpful, friendly people who can’t do enough to make us feel welcome and happy.

Our whole experience with Bloor from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone from the sales team with Hayley, Grace and Maisie to the Site team with Ash and Ross has been fantastic and we’re delighted with our new home. Be VERY careful when purchasing a home through Bloor Homes. We were held over a barrel with regards to the Mortgage Advisor we had to use. We were literally told we had to use their preferred mortgage advisor or we would lose the house - this is in fact illegal to do however they are holding all the cards. A fact they are now denying. We have landed up with issues caused by this mortgage advisor and Bloor Homes are conveniently washing their hands of the issue. There is NO customer service. Shocked and disgusted with their response to the situation!! Horrible experience!!

The quality of the outside of our house is appalling and downright embarrassing. The constant broken promises to rectify these identified and agreed upon issues is our biggest concern. Treating your customers with this kind of disrespect is one thing we have experienced with bloor before but to treat us like we are stupid by sending someone round to do minor adhoc repairs and ignoring the glaring obvious bigger issues is on another level. I can assure you that this will not stop us from ensuring Bloor homes is accountable for the poor quality. I will make it my mission to post the poor quality on every social media platform until Bloor step up and for fill their promises.

Lived here for over a year now, only pain is the pavements. I know the roads are only temp while building goes on but I cant get up or down with the buggy sometimes esp when cars park on the pavements
