GoogleAbsolutely no consideration to the tenants of the estate with regards to the builders or planning of the site build order. There is a junction onto Ashford Road that a few houses are now being built even though 99% of other houses have been built years ago this is causing a lot of issues to the junction with telescopic forklifts, material lorries, builder vans parked with no consideration, tracked vehicles driving around the newly laid estate roads & the telescopic forklift driver driving at excessive speed in the middle of the road. Absolutely shocking site management with zero consideration to the estate tenants! 🤬

GoogleAs an owner on this site I can review to note that Bloor lie about upgrades and their conveyancer who they deliberately claimed had done most the site but we were the unlucky guinea pigs.
They constantly try to do the minimum to repair snags and keep no proper records of work done let alone to what spec so you need to rewrite. While some of the workmen are good a number are very poor especially the painter. Bloor are also deliberately slow at addressing making a home need constant work at times to suit them at times just turning up at the doorstep.
As a business Bloor hate professional snaggers as they are harder to fob off. I know others here were pressured nof to have tgem and they were rude to and disparaging of ours. Totally unprofessional by Bloor!
I wish we hadn't bought with Bloor as a legal fight will be needed!
TO UPDATE - Bloor regional directors have been in touch and have been totally selective and dishonest ignoring anything they don't like and obsessing on immaterial points. You cannot trust any promise made by Bloor.

GoogleI am th0e labourer. I have enjoyed working with a Manager whom wants to make a difference. The class he has is reflected in the homes. He's a bit of a perfectionist. He stays resolute through out. He truly understands the investment buyers are buying into.. We all enjoy working for Liam.
