Disgraceful. Was showed round, sold the dream, fell in love with plot 133 (even went to visit that night as we said we will reserve it to the 2/3 girls in the office). Started the reservation process and then because they tried to call our estate agent and they didn't through from one attempt they decide to sell it to someone else within a day of us saying we want it. EVERYTHING is all about what benefits them most, the people that took our home was trading in their home so blood clearly don't care about their customers. Why sell the dream if your only going to crush it. First time attempting to buy a new build and this is what we got.

Beautiful development, area and houses. Unfortunately, we are experiencing problems with CHP housing association tenants and is not as peaceful as it used to be😞 Customer care bloorhomes, thank you for your reply. From start to finish it's was lovely great communication all across the whole process very helpful from the sales office to the site manager few issues when we moved in but resolved quickly. I was very wary about buying new but bloor homes are one of the best Thanks for making my dreams come true 👍. …

Reserved in September. Hoping to be in by mid Feb. Office team and builders have all been a delight to work with and have kept us up to date with progress and been exceptionally helpful in all circumstances

Prepare to be lied to constantly, offered the property at one price reserving then pressured into paying £25k more. Then to top it off Bloor will sell your reserved home to someone else. (Plot 183 if interested) Oh and don’t bother with Managment, they will send a trainee who refers to himself as a manager.

Outrageous development in an outrageous location. A Warning to potential buyers that when this development is complete there will be so much traffic chaos at school times you’ll be looking to move again. Of course by this time Bloor will be on their toes looking to ruin another village.
