GoogleThis estate is still under development, went to visit my niece in one of the flats, was very nicely done, quite compact , 1 bedroom, ideal for a single person or couple, hopefully will look good when all the work is complete.

GoogleApparently everything here is a secret. Getting information is like getting blood out of a stone. Other developers in the area are much more transparent and helpful and certainly more approachable than this place

GoogleInitially wanted to part exchange with bloor homes as we thought it would be hassle free since there would be no chains attached, had my house valued by 2 different agencies, both those agencies told me the value of my house would be offers in excess of £375,000 called them back 4 days later, had to explain the whole situation again as they had no idea who I was and what I was talking about to be told they would buy my house for 347,000. Staff are nice but it doesn’t seem like they actually want to get work done, you have to constantly be on their back, no wonder they have such bad feedback on social media.
