GoogleWe were at Boor Home 18th, and green to find a ideal home for my family since last year. I find home that I am interested on. They pretend us nice helpfull and professional. They processed through the documentation. They got all our sensitive informations like ID check, bank statement, affordability and so on. Yet keep asking unsual process which we completed. we got our reservation date then cancelled for two times. Finally third time, we are able to book reservation date for next day. Just couple hour before our time, I got call and informed the house we are looking for is reserved by someone else. This senario happened twotimes already. What they do is, if someone is interested on it they pulls out the house from the system, after couple of weeks or months later they change the name of house and puts it bake in for expensive price. GoogleWe love our new home. All the team on site have been really helpful, particularly Dave, John, Michaela and Nicola. We completed only a few weeks after exchange, went through a relatively pain-free snagging process even with some changes in team along the way. Certainly recommend Bloor on the 18th and am happy to have settled here. They are developing a lovely site and I am looking forward to seeing how it will be when it is complete.

Yes, there were some minor issues, however, they were transparent with us about them and went above and beyond to resolve. GoogleI have recently purchased a house from Bloor on this estate and my praise couldn’t be higher. The staff have been extremely helpful from start to finish. The purchase process was painless and I was assisted the whole way through. The build quality is very high. I have worked in construction for many years and on many high profile jobs so my bar is set unusually high when it comes to build quality. All snags have been extremely minor and cosmetic. This is my third new build home and this Bloor home is miles ahead in quality.

Both Daisy and Jessica are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing is too much trouble, and both are always happy to go the extra mile. They have assisted me throughout the whole process making my experience of purchasing a new home both easy and enjoyable. They also provide me with regular meaningful updates, their communication skills are outstanding. GoogleThey dump a lot of building materials in your garden and then cover it up with turf so you don't see it. Be aware while buying from them.
