Just been to view the new homes at Elgar Park and was greeted by the most obnoxiously rude Bloor Homes representative. As soon as we asked what Shared Ownership she had on site she clearly had no interest in us, couldn’t answer any questions we asked and clearly couldn’t wait to see the back of us. Didn’t bother hanging around as we clearly weren’t getting anywhere fast. Actually had a walk around the site and bumped into a nice chap from Bromford who are the Shared Ownership team and he was very helpful. Bloor clearly don’t care much for their SO clients.

Unfortunately, our sales advisors don’t have specific information about the Shared Ownership plots at Elgar Park as these are all managed by Bromford.
