GoogleVisited this site over the weekend, I’m in rented and not ready to buy yet but the ladies, Alexis and Nicola were so friendly and helpful and took time to explain things to me even though I’m not in a position to buy. This is refreshing after visiting other builders in the area and getting snubbed and in some cases spoken to quite rudely! Bloor houses are fab and your staff are great. Hopefully I can buy there once I have my deposit sorted.

GoogleAbsolutely no consideration to the tenants of the estate with regards to the builders or planning of the site build order. There is a junction onto Ashford Road that a few houses are now being built even though 99% of other houses have been built years ago this is causing a lot of issues to the junction with telescopic forklifts, material lorries, builder vans parked with no consideration, tracked vehicles driving around the newly laid estate roads & the telescopic forklift driver driving at excessive speed in the middle of the road. Absolutely shocking site management with zero consideration to the estate tenants! 🤬

GoogleWe have had a number of new build sites in our lovely village - this is the best appointed so far. It's still a work in progress but the management and the construction crews have been effective and helpful when issues have arisen.

GoogleThis 5 stars is for the sales team, the site team and everyone at Bloor! I would however think twice about using The Mortgage Brain, there ethos does not meet that of Bloor homes in my mind!..... but again the Bloor team are fantastic!! The house I bought is great and finished to a high standard.
