We had a really good experience completing just before Christmas, we definitely wouldn’t have bought if it wasn’t for Jenny - she’s as asset to Bloor! The site team have been great with all our minor snags now remedied. Thank you

We have recently purchased a Bloor home on the Pinhoe development and are absolutely blown away by the quality of the home and the level of customer service we have received. Moving is so stressful but to have the Bloor team helping us really took most of the stress away. The few minor 'snagging' problems are being dealt with so quickly and by such helpful, friendly people who can’t do enough to make us feel welcome and happy.

Our whole experience with Bloor from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone from the sales team with Hayley, Grace and Maisie to the Site team with Ash and Ross has been fantastic and we’re delighted with our new home. Can't find a fault with the Bloor Homes sales team or the site team! Made the moving in process for a first time buyer so quick and painless, no question was to big or small to answer. Site team have been very welcoming, they kindly offered to take lots of our "moving in" flat packed empty boxes and put them in their skip which really helped us clearing out the house. A final thank you to Grace, Hayley, Maisie, Ash and Ross (plus rest of the team we haven't met) that have given us a beautiful house and couldn't ask for a better first home!

Just bought a house, moved in couple weeks ago and very happy. Any Snags have been attended to willingly and we are being regularly visited to check all is good. We are very pleased and impressed by the sales team pre purchase and the building team post purchase.

I'm being asked to review my visit but I'm confused as to why housing estates are on Google as per previous reviews. This seems to be a way for the company to advertise without paying for advertising. How many of you have your housing estate or street on Google as a place? I can guarantee it will be those who have purchased a recent new build. It's not really in the spirit of Google maps and Bloor homes aren't the only company doing this. Bloor homes need to pay for advertising rather than these poor edits that offer nothing but advertising. In relation to this site I visited and can say it's still well under construction with tarmac roads covered in mud and lots of building still going on. Having spoken to people on site it's certainly not some where I'd wish to live.

Hi Matty. Thank you for your review. The sales office at Elsenham Park receives a lot of visitors, of which it can be useful to have guidance via Google Maps for directions. This is also the case for construction related activity. Google also display the development contact information, which can be very useful for those regularly using Google in general.
