Beautiful development, area and houses. Unfortunately, we are experiencing problems with CHP housing association tenants and is not as peaceful as it used to be😞 Customer care bloorhomes, thank you for your reply. Whilst there's no doubting the quality, the homes are tiny and there's very limited storage for the money you shell out, and when you're shelling out that much money - you'd expect it to come with grass, surely...!!! Also a bit pushy service too as you're questioned on the spot pretty much about what you think, then called/emailed regularly afterwards, even weeks later. Stick to Rightmove..

We have recently purchased a Bloor home on the Pinhoe development and are absolutely blown away by the quality of the home and the level of customer service we have received. Moving is so stressful but to have the Bloor team helping us really took most of the stress away. The few minor 'snagging' problems are being dealt with so quickly and by such helpful, friendly people who can’t do enough to make us feel welcome and happy.

One of best developing housing area located in St helens. Easy access to motorway, and all supermarkets and retailers in 1.5 miles radius. About the houses comparing other devoloper having more height.

I have purchased a ground floor flat because I am disabled. I asked repeatedly if the soundproofing was good because I need my sleep. I was told it was amazing. I moved in December and had problems with the main doors because they banged so bad and my bedroom is on the same wall .we asked for them to be adjusted but never happened. My dad had to do it . I have now got someone moved in above and all I can here is them walking about

Bloor have been fantastic throughout. Excellent sales team, always happy to help with a smile. Houses are built with quality and attention. A couple of small snags were dealt with by Gary (site manager) within the first week of our move - a man with experience who clearly cares for his customers. Very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Bloor!

As an owner on this site I can review to note that Bloor lie about upgrades and their conveyancer who they deliberately claimed had done most the site but we were the unlucky guinea pigs. They constantly try to do the minimum to repair snags and keep no proper records of work done let alone to what spec so you need to rewrite. While some of the workmen are good a number are very poor especially the painter. Bloor are also deliberately slow at addressing making a home need constant work at times to suit them at times just turning up at the doorstep. As a business Bloor hate professional snaggers as they are harder to fob off. I know others here were pressured nof to have tgem and they were rude to and disparaging of ours. Totally unprofessional by Bloor! I wish we hadn't bought with Bloor as a legal fight will be needed! TO UPDATE - Bloor regional directors have been in touch and have been totally selective and dishonest ignoring anything they don't like and obsessing on immaterial points. You cannot trust any promise made by Bloor.
