GoogleWe have had such a positive experience with Black Katz so far. Elijah showed us around the flat with plenty of knowledge, enthusiasm and a kind friendly attitude. Both he and Erika have been super helpful with the paperwork before we move, always quick to respond! Really happy with the service and would definitely reccomend to others.

He was very understanding, professional and responsive throughout the process. Thank you Sal, we appreciate you! Black Katz in general are very much ahead of the game in comparison to other letting agents, they make a genuine effort to understand your requirements and keep you updated should new places become available. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, we know if we need any help they’re just a phone call away.

GoogleUnhelpful and dismissive agency Black Katz, and specifically property manager Khizer Ghafoor, were unresponsive when I raised reasonable concerns about my deposit. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told to take it to dispute with no attempt to resolve it. Very disappointing service from a managing agency.
Afternoon Clarissa, were sorry to hear you were not happy with the service. We attempted on multiple occasions to help yourself and the Landlord come to an agreement regarding the deposit deductions. As you were both not able to come to an agreement, we advised taking the matter to dispute as this ensures the matter is swiftly resolved and all parties can move on. All the best for the future.
