GoogleBlack Katz has helped me rent two apartments so far, both are great in terms of price and quality. The staff are very friendly, especially Musi from the letting agency. Heβs been incredibly kind and helpful, saving me a lot of time and effort in finding the perfect flat. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend Black Katz to my friends.

Googleπ¨Avoid at all Costπ¨ Really bad experience. The staff blatantly lied to us and were passive-aggressive towards us after we raised our concerns. They promised us things then once we moved into the property those things werenβt done. Leaving us with dirty mattresses, damp bedrooms and broken plug sockets. Update: Awful at the start of my tenancy and awful at the end of my tenancy. 10 months later I am again complaining about this place! They told us someone would be viewing our property with only a couple of hours notice. Then, when no one showed up at the time they had arranged for the viewing, we called up to see what had happened and they said the viewing had been cancelled but they βforgot to tell usβ. Worst experience with an estate agent Iβve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI currently rent through these guys and they are genuinely great. The property manager Ally is always so responsive and goes above and beyond to sort any problems out and make you feel valued as a tenant as opposed to an annoyance. The contractors that they have on their books are also professional and prompt. Really great service.

GoogleWe rented with Black Katz for 2 years, and Iβd like to say a huge thank you to the team, with a big shout out to Tim: thank you for being super professional, responsive, kind, and helpful from the very start! Black Katz weren't managing the flat during our time there, but they were the agents who helped us find it and assisted with the exit process (where new potential tenants were brought in to view). It was a 5 out of 5 star experience every time we needed to contact them.
