GoogleAVOID at all costs 🚩🚩🚩Used them last year and blatantly lied about a property and failed to mention huge issues with the landlord, rodent issues that they were just informed about, huge structural issues with the property and will avoid doing anything to help at all. They are a very very sleazy business letting out some horrific properties for horrible landlords.

GoogleStay aware and be very careful with Black Katz Camden. My experience with this office was extremely disappointing. The manager was unprofessional and the entire process was disorganised. They kept me going back and forth for two weeks with no progress. They don’t seem to have a proper system for checking references, yet they still push you to pay a deposit in advance a deposit you could easily end up losing because of their chaotic process. Overall, they wasted my time and created unnecessary stress. I would not recommend using this agency.

GoogleJustin Lopez at Black Katz has been excellent negotiating our rental in SW11. Very prompt, responsive, and professional in all communications. It was a breeze securing a tenancy with his help - within 24 hours of viewing, our offer was accepted.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS - signed a flat with Black Katz in August 2025 and was supposed to be moving in 3 weeks time, having signed all documentation and provided all references. Black Katz had said everything was completed and we were ready to move in - then upon asking a few very basic questions about getting items such as blinds repaired they responded the landlord had pulled out because he had other tenants needing to move in because of a 'leak'. To us this was not possible because Black Katz said they'd finalised everything until we moved in, but then they said they'd never got the landlord to counter sign the agreement in the first place, supposedly to give them and the landlord wiggle room to lease out the property if a higher rental fee was possible. Raj and his team are completely incompetent and lack transparency, not worth risking renting with Black Katz unless you want to lose time and money!! We are now homeless and still have not had our 1 months rent we paid up front for the tenancy agreement we signed paid back. Total crooks... not worth risking renting with Black Katz!!!

GoogleUSES BAIT AND SWITCH ON PROPERTY ADVERTS - enquired about a property that was JUST ADDED to rightmove and he called me immedaily saying it had gone but he had a similar one in the same area.... How can a property have "just been snatched up" if the advert was posted 5 mins ago? Edit from 12/09/2025: I have been looking for a property to rent for six months now and I can confirm this is a scummy agency. So many properties “just added” on the site you call them up and immediately they tell you it’s been taken off the market and try sell you another property for more money. This is why 90% of their adverts have none or 0 photos.
