GoogleIt's been 3 years now and the Black Katz team in Crouch End continue to 'crush it!' William showed me round the flat in 2016 and I was very impressed with his professionalism and the support he gave me in getting every thing in place for my sister to move in. Paul has been the best with seeing us through the negotiations on the renewals and this year, well let's just say i have been touched by his support and generosity. Can't thank you enough guys!

GoogleWe were lucky enough to get our first flat in London with Black Katz and they couldn't have been more helpful. They listened to what we needed, found us a property ideal to both our needs and location to university, and then made sure we were fully settled into our new property. The entire Black Katz team are incredibly friendly and helpful and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Moving to London was a big and stressful period in it's self however the West Hampstead team (mainly Jack, Paul and Sara who we dealt with specifically) made this as easy, personable and stress free as possible.

GoogleGreat Service! Excellent Agents. Well Done Holly! How many estate agents actually listen to what you want, tell you what the property really has (not what the brochure says) and run around to show you properties when it's convenient for you. Not many right? Black Katz is definitely one of them. Holly was a star! She showed us some great properties (definitely call them as there are more than on the website) and worked with all their offices rather than just sticking to what they have. This was so much more useful than having 7 contacts for 7 offices but all actually under 1 estate agent. Highly Recommended!

GoogleAfter a pain staking 6 months looking for a new flat in Crouch End, Kalina at Black Katz took in all our requirements for our new home and remembered them to the letter. She didn't show us properties that didn't meet our requirements or waste our time. She kept us in mind over a number of months, until the right flat came up. Kalina is a breath of fresh air in a sell sell sell industry and Black Katz Crouch End treat you like human beings instead of numbers on a spreadsheet.

GoogleCamden branch didn't help at all when Landlord didn't refund the deposit. Currently in dispute with them. Property was left in excellent order, rent paid regularly on time. They are good at making you sign the contract but then if problem occurs you are on your own. Case is still open and may go to court. I recommend to avoid using this agency for renting. They will take the landlord side or say they can't help. They just after contract signing, money and that's it. Any support needed - too bad. It's about time this changes.

GoogleLondon letting agencies have a somewhat dubious reputation - however I could not have been more wrong - and would just like to say a huge thank you to Lorraine at the Crouch End branch. Extremely helpful and efficient and managed to arrange a number of viewings on the same day. Paperwork and associated detail was all handled swiftly and impeccably. I 100% recommend Black Katz Crouch End (and Lorraine!) if you are searching for a rental property then do check them out. Keep up the good work.

GoogleKalina was amazing. She listened to all of our requirements finding us the perfect place. She was really listening and was very attentivie I have never experienced this before in any other letting agencies. Gave us exepcionale service that we will remember. You have to give a rise!! She didn't only ensured that all of our needs are cared for but it seemed like we are talking to a friend rather than a computer. Employ more people like that.

GoogleOur experience with Johnny has been exceptional. The process has gone very smooth and we cannot wait to move into our new home in July. Nothing has been too much for Johnny who even responds to text messages after office hours and has been very professional throughout, which is something you no longer see in agency. GoogleAwful management, they gave us a property with a broken boiler and after 45 days the boiler is still faulty despite of our constant chasing. And now a new pipe blew up, still from the boiler, and a part of the property is flooded too, and we are without heating and water at all for the entire property. We are in full emergency but the managers do basically nothing. So far 45 days of trouble for us, and just a few hours of work for them. Their contractors don't seem to want to come here and solve the problems once and for all. Does the landlord know what these people are doing to us and to his property? More reviews to follow..

GoogleBlack Katz were a pleasure to deal with from the start when Johnny from the Crouch End branch called me to ask our requirements for a home. Over the next month Johnny showed us multiple properties before they had even been listed on the website, allowing us to have first viewings. Even after seeing a few that we felt weren't the right fit Johnny continued to find us properties resulting in us ending up in the perfect home which we couldn't be happier in. I highly recommend Black Katz and Johnny especially if you're looking for a new home in London!
