GoogleYou guys from the Crouch End branch are amazing. William showed me only very nice flats, in fact Black Katz were the only real estate agency that did not show me mouldy flats. I so remember when Paul said, "Wouldn't you enjoy your espresso on these Juliet balconies?" I do! Thank you so much to your entire team that helped me to find a home and made the entire process very hassle free.

He met us at the property twice to show us around, was knowledgeable and helpful and the application process was completed quickly giving us our result within a day. Staff are friendly and professional at the agency as a whole. We look forward to moving in now!

GoogleMy husband, children and I needed a place to live in Crouch End for six months whilst renovating our own property. We were having trouble locating the right place, but then Johnny at Black Katz found us the perfect property. The process for references etc was very easy and smooth and we’ve now been in the property two weeks. Very happy so far! I would recommend.

GoogleVery responsive and I managed to find what I wanted very quickly. Jake showed me around on a Saturday afternoon which meant I didn't have to take any time off work. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with the flat I found and would highly recommend using Black Katz when searching for somewhere new to live.

GoogleReally helpful agency, Kalina worked really hard to secure us the house that we wanted against other competition and the agency was really quick to get back to us on any queries we had. They were also super patient with us when we wanted to go back several times to view the property, much appreciated!

Johnny, the neg, was really top notch and so was William, the office manager, as they both put in extra time to speed things up and process the verification process so I could move in just a few days. FacebookSofia from the Candem office did an awful job managing an issue with bedbugs infestation we had at one of Black katz properties. We lived a nightmare and we were left alone facing the infestation. Think twice before you choose Black Katz. They don't care about their tenants - it's all about money.

GoogleWe've been working with Black Katz for 3 years now. They helped us lease our first flat here in the UK, when when had no rental history, and they helped us move into a larger place after a year. Paul and William have been amazing, flexible, and understanding. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleI'd strongly advise against going anywhere near Black Katz as a letting agent. They are expensive, useless and dishonest, to the point of lying to landlords and consequently blaming tenants for problems which have in fact arisen due to their own incompetence. If I could give them zero stars I would.
