GoogleOur experience with Johnny has been exceptional. The process has gone very smooth and we cannot wait to move into our new home in July. Nothing has been too much for Johnny who even responds to text messages after office hours and has been very professional throughout, which is something you no longer see in agency. Thank you Black Katz but mostly thank you Johnny.

GoogleSo far have had a really good experience with this agency, Johnny and William have been particularly helpful. Everything is very professional, but they are also her understanding if you need some extra help or time with certain things. They are the best agency that I have used so far in London.

Popped into the office to a warm welcome, speedy signing of documents and the best customer service. Could not recommend them highly enough. GoogleGiven the fame of estate agents in London the guys at black katz really stand out, in the good way. Very flexible on the timings for flat viewing; and most importantly very honest people, i.e. no hidden recurring fees, things are made clear from the beginning.

GoogleLondon letting agencies have a somewhat dubious reputation - however I could not have been more wrong - and would just like to say a huge thank you to Lorraine at the Crouch End branch. Extremely helpful and efficient and managed to arrange a number of viewings on the same day. Paperwork and associated detail was all handled swiftly and impeccably. I 100% recommend Black Katz Crouch End (and Lorraine!) if you are searching for a rental property then do check them out. Keep up the good work.

GoogleBlack Katz were a pleasure to deal with from the start when Johnny from the Crouch End branch called me to ask our requirements for a home. Over the next month Johnny showed us multiple properties before they had even been listed on the website, allowing us to have first viewings. Even after seeing a few that we felt weren't the right fit Johnny continued to find us properties resulting in us ending up in the perfect home which we couldn't be happier in. I highly recommend Black Katz and Johnny especially if you're looking for a new home in London!

Without a doubt, they have some of the most beautiful and best looked after properties in North London and they were extremely supportive in helping me find my beautiful studio. Over the past 4 years, all communications with the team at Black Katz have always been professional, straightforward and honest. GoogleIt's been 3 years now and the Black Katz team in Crouch End continue to 'crush it!' William showed me round the flat in 2016 and I was very impressed with his professionalism and the support he gave me in getting every thing in place for my sister to move in. Paul has been the best with seeing us through the negotiations on the renewals and this year, well let's just say i have been touched by his support and generosity. Can't thank you enough guys!

GoogleYou guys from the Crouch End branch are amazing. William showed me only very nice flats, in fact Black Katz were the only real estate agency that did not show me mouldy flats. I so remember when Paul said, "Wouldn't you enjoy your espresso on these Juliet balconies?" I do! Thank you so much to your entire team that helped me to find a home and made the entire process very hassle free.

GoogleI had a really good experience with them. They only showed me flats that I was interested in which seems obvious but it was never the case with other agencies. So they saved me a lot of time.

GoogleThe agent was nice and fair, but the administration and following part was awful. The practice was handled with a great lack of professionality, transparency and humanity. The administrator did not even know the legislation (what documents may be provided for a right to rent check), was never available nor reachable the days prior to entering the house, and ultimately left me homeless for the weekend because of the a money transfer not been cleared again (despite an urgent transfer which actually cleared prior to the starting date). But hey: it's the weekend, who cares about leaving a person in the street because I can't bother to peform a double check. - Left homeless for a weekend (in which I was paying the house), because nobody could bother to check the money transfer for the final deposit - Promised unfurnished "as seen", came almost empty - Director of the agency disappearing for days and then telling me the day before the entry "Sorry, you will enter next week" - Fixings and repairs not done as required - I have received a piece of broken key I don't even know what to use for - Lack of technical knowledge of the laws and guidelines (I had to explain the administrator that an EEA ID card is equivalent to the passport, according to the UK 2016 statute on rents) - Lack of humanity and transparency: you are pretty much just a bag of money
