GoogleThe staff at Black Katz, are a highly professional and competent team of people who know their jobs. Besides knowing the business of lettings, they are friendly, supportive and honest. Speaking as a landlord, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other landlords. My tenants appear very happy with the service they have received too!

GoogleAs an international student looking for a place to stay on a budget that is close to central London, I can safely say that Charlie and the Black Kats team has been nothing but kind and helpful and we signed a deal within 2 days of viewing and Charlie even drove us around to view all the flats that were available within our budget. Would definitely recommend a friend to this agency!

GoogleWe are 10 days into our new property which is not managed by Black Katz and we are very pleased with their service. On looking for a new flat we contacted Ruggero and he showed us around on two occasions, he then started the ball rolling helping us greatly in what could have been a very complicated move. His support allowed us to move in hassle free and very quickly. Tim took over at the end to finalise everything and along with Michelle proved that the Black Katz team know what they're doing and offer fantastic service, I do believe we have found the perfect flat for us, thank you Ruggero, Tim and Michelle.

GoogleWe are moving from Spain to the UK and it is our first time looking for a property in London. It can be very difficult to get to know how everything works and Silvia (the agent from Black Katz) was very helpful in our search. She was really kind, attentive to our needs, very efficient and showed us a wide range of interesting properties. She also explained carefully the singularities of renting a flat in London. Always with a big smile she turned what usually is a tiresome and stressful experience into an enjoyable one. We would really recommend her as an agent.
