GoogleI'd strongly advise against going anywhere near Black Katz as a letting agent. They are expensive, useless and dishonest, to the point of lying to landlords and consequently blaming tenants for problems which have in fact arisen due to their own incompetence. If I could give them zero stars I would.

GoogleI have been using Black Katz to find me tenants for over 15 years and find Black Katz to be as professional and efficient as ever in finding great tenants for me once again. The whole process is very smooth and especially in the current tough market, I'm very grateful! I cant recommend the team comprising of Paul, Marie and William highly enough!

GoogleAwful management, they gave us a property with a broken boiler and after 45 days the boiler is still faulty despite of our constant chasing. And now a new pipe blew up, still from the boiler, and a part of the property is flooded too, and we are without heating and water at all for the entire property. We are in full emergency but the managers do basically nothing. So far 45 days of trouble for us, and just a few hours of work for them. Their contractors don't seem to want to come here and solve the problems once and for all. Does the landlord know what these people are doing to us and to his property? More reviews to follow..

GoogleReally helpful agency, Kalina worked really hard to secure us the house that we wanted against other competition and the agency was really quick to get back to us on any queries we had. They were also super patient with us when we wanted to go back several times to view the property, much appreciated!

GoogleKalina was amazing. She listened to all of our requirements finding us the perfect place. She was really listening and was very attentivie I have never experienced this before in any other letting agencies. Gave us exepcionale service that we will remember. You have to give a rise!! She didn't only ensured that all of our needs are cared for but it seemed like we are talking to a friend rather than a computer. Employ more people like that.

GoogleAfter a pain staking 6 months looking for a new flat in Crouch End, Kalina at Black Katz took in all our requirements for our new home and remembered them to the letter. She didn't show us properties that didn't meet our requirements or waste our time. She kept us in mind over a number of months, until the right flat came up. Kalina is a breath of fresh air in a sell sell sell industry and Black Katz Crouch End treat you like human beings instead of numbers on a spreadsheet.

GoogleGreat first experience with Black Katz. Prompt response from Johnny to our email enquiry with a date to view a property. He met us at the property twice to show us around, was knowledgeable and helpful and the application process was completed quickly giving us our result within a day. Staff are friendly and professional at the agency as a whole. We look forward to moving in now!

GoogleVery responsive and I managed to find what I wanted very quickly. Jake showed me around on a Saturday afternoon which meant I didn't have to take any time off work. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with the flat I found and would highly recommend using Black Katz when searching for somewhere new to live.

GoogleWhen we were looking to rent in Crouch End we met Johnny from Black Katz who was very courteous and proactive. Even though we didn’t end up renting via Black Katz we did really appreciate Johnny’s help and efforts.

GoogleCamden branch didn't help at all when Landlord didn't refund the deposit. Currently in dispute with them. Property was left in excellent order, rent paid regularly on time. They are good at making you sign the contract but then if problem occurs you are on your own. Case is still open and may go to court. I recommend to avoid using this agency for renting. They will take the landlord side or say they can't help. They just after contract signing, money and that's it. Any support needed - too bad. It's about time this changes.

Johnny, the neg, was really top notch and so was William, the office manager, as they both put in extra time to speed things up and process the verification process so I could move in just a few days. GoogleOut of the many agencies we had to deal with and agents, we were very happy with Johnny and felt we can rely on. He exactly knew what we were looking for and got us what we wanted.
