GoogleI had the best experience with Black Katz. In London, finding a place to live can get so stressful but not with this guys. Especially Vas, was great, trying his best to find me the perfect property. He listened to what i had to say and make sure he was taking me to see properties that was really suitable without wasting my time. Was very helpful to help me understand the area as well since i was not so familiar at the begging. He also showed me a flat on Sunday as it was the only day i could see the flat, taking time out of his day off to help me. I recommend Black Katz to all prospective tenants.

GoogleVery quick to arrange a viewing of the place, a very nice and friendly agent Giuseppe showed the flat and explained everything. Michelle was very helpful throughout and easy to contact. The whole experience was a bit irritating because of landlord's attempts of changing the tenancy agreement three times, but the agency handled it quite well.

GoogleBlack Katz London Bridge is an amazing agency, they make everything about renting just that little bit easier. If there is a problem they will do their best to not only resolve the problem but to ensure that you are up to date with progress. Big thanks to Vincenzo who went above and beyond to assist and helped me with my flat search. Efficient, friendly and professional- couldn't ask for more. Totally recommend Black Katz.

GoogleWould highly recommend these agents. Was shown a few properties by Sandro on Friday who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When at very short notice I wished to view one of these properties the next day on Saturday, both Sandro and Tim went out of their way to let us see the property. They were very helpful in helping us make an offer on this property and contact the landlord with the necessary requirements. Hoping to move in less than two weeks time and carry on this smooth process we have had with Black Katz.

GoogleVery delighted by the services of Black Katz. The patience of my agent, Michelle, in particular was very helpful as it was not easy putting all the pieces in order for the house. However, she was kind and understanding throughout which was greatly appreciated.

GoogleBe very careful regarding the 5 star reviews... Took my deposit after I stated the property must have parking which they agreed, went to lunch came back with lawyer freind and then they told me, the property does not have parking. They refused to return my deposit. Never got it back.
I dare you as a company to sue me.
This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. They are filth.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to get our first flat in London with Black Katz and they couldn't have been more helpful. They listened to what we needed, found us a property ideal to both our needs and location to university, and then made sure we were fully settled into our new property.
The entire Black Katz team are incredibly friendly and helpful and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Moving to London was a big and stressful period in it's self however the West Hampstead team (mainly Jack, Paul and Sara who we dealt with specifically) made this as easy, personable and stress free as possible.

GoogleI am very happy to say what a wonderful job the Blackkatz letting agent did with my recent need in finding a tenant for my property. On initial contact the team were more that obliging and helpful, with a professional but friendly approach. In particular, Paul and Cristine payed particular service to complete my requests and supplied an ideal tenant well within a reasonable time, with a promise to offer the same great service for other possible lets that I may need via the same property. I look forward to dealing with you once more in the future. Well done guys!!

GoogleGreat Service! Excellent Agents. Well Done Holly!
How many estate agents actually listen to what you want, tell you what the property really has (not what the brochure says) and run around to show you properties when it's convenient for you. Not many right? Black Katz is definitely one of them.
Holly was a star! She showed us some great properties (definitely call them as there are more than on the website) and worked with all their offices rather than just sticking to what they have. This was so much more useful than having 7 contacts for 7 offices but all actually under 1 estate agent.
Highly Recommended!
