GoogleGreat service and very professional! They told us everything we needed to know about the places they showed, and about the renting process. We've been living for about 6 months in that place and the landlord is always helpful with any doubt or issue we have.

GoogleI have used Black -Katz since 2005 with a number of properties. I think they get the right balance in both managing their Landlords and their Tenants. Pragmatic, efficient and professional in a market where there are a lot of operations that can let matters slip. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe got a really nice flat through Black Katz. There have been a few problems with faulty electrics, radiators, boilers etc. The issues have mostly been fixed within a couple of days. On a couple of occasions it took a few weeks to get sorted but have all eventually been repaired to our satisfaction. Dara the current property manager is very friendly, efficient, and responsive. They also negotiated with the Landlord on our behalf to reduce a proposed rent increase.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Charlie, who drove me around, showed me numerous flats, and made the whole experience feel painless and actually quite fun! Even if at the end I ended up renting a flat from a different agency as that suited me better, I have only words of praise for this agency as they were curteous, efficient and transparent.

GoogleAbsolutely blown away by Charlie! He made the whole painful and stressful process of flat hunting very quick and fun. He is extremely efficient, available at any time of the day and proactive. Living in different countries, I had to deal with many agents so far and I must say that dealing with Charlie was by far the best experience, an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend him. Exceptional service and simply a great guy that knows his job.

GoogleDara has been the property manager for our rental and she's been amazing- really friendly and quick to get back to us and sort out any problems! We need to move, but her being so friendly and efficient would have made us want to stay with black katz if we didn't.

GoogleGary and Charlie are SUPER AMAZING and helpful. They seem to really care and enjoy their work, unlike most agencies! I'll certainly look for their advise when/if buying a house.

GoogleGreat experience moving into the new flat with Dara as our point of contact from the initial offer and acceptance through to maintenance. Was always reachable and responsive to any queries within a day or two. Ensured our requests were met and nothing was too much trouble. Have rented through a few agents prior and Dara has by far been the most professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI cannot fault Black Katz - particularly Charlie. He has been brilliant from start to finish. Within 2 days of getting in contact, we had viewed the property and signed the deal. There was no hassle and he was upfront and honest. The deal we got was brilliant and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Charlie was helpful and friendly and has made the process very straightforward for us all! Definitely would recommend!

Charlie helped us find the right place within just a few days of contacting the agency- he was very friendly and helpful, making the process straightforward and simple, he was also very easily contactable and answered our questions very quickly. Charlie was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend him.

GoogleI'm the landlady and I've worked with them for many years. Zia knows the market very well. He gives almost personalised service. He selects the right tenant who would be happy in my flat. He answers immediately when I have a question. His coworkers are also very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI've had an excellent experience with the team at Black Katz in Camden. Gary was in regular communication to share potential flats and refine my requirements, providing candid overviews of properties as they came up, building a lot of trust with me. When we found a great flat he was extremely swift to get things locked down and moving forward. Lauren has been brilliant, liaising back and forth to collate all the information required in a very tight time frame. I've moved many times in the past 10 years in London, this has been the best experience I've had and would highly recommend Black Katz to anyone looking to let in London.
