GoogleIn the last 2 weeks I have received one of the best customer services from an estate agent. Jordan Fahy did not waste his time and straightaway gave me an array of properties to choose from. He was fully able to understand what my requirements are. Jordan constantly kept me informed about any new properties on the market. Even outside the working hours Jordan was able to meet me for viewings. It was the most pleasant experience of looking for a new home. I will be looking again for proprieties at the end of January, so I hope to deal with Jordan again. Regards, Tom

GoogleUsed Black Katz on Parkway twice. First time found my flat with them in 24 hours and had the whole process done in less than a week. As an international tenant, they showed patience and understanding throughout the whole process, as the process for international tenants can take a bit more time. They were professional and helpful by keeping us continuously informed and offering all the flexibility we required. The second time I used the agency I found them to be as professional and helpful as the year before. My main point of contact was Caley, who demonstrated professionalism and a genuine interest in helping offering sincere advice throughout the house search, a rare and appreciated trait in real estate. Highly recommend them

When we first saw the house it was a little run down but Dara sorted everthinf out and they are totally refitting the house now as well ! . Thank you for all your help Dara !!!

GoogleEveryone that we dealt with at Black Katz was straightforward and we have come out with an ideal result. They have a very good selection of properties in south east London that were ideal for myself and my two friends, as we are all students in central London. I would thoroughly recommend Black Katz to any students.

GoogleMy friend and I who are studying at Universities in London were searching for a place to rent for the first time. We were searching around the Camden area when we came across Black Katz. A consultant named Caley was put in charge of finding us a reasonably priced place and he was successful in doing so. Even after the tenancy ended and we were looking for a place for the following academic year, he was of great help again, although we didn't rent a property from Black Katz that time. Black Katz as an agent we found to be very professional and transparent, no stealth fees or charges and our deposit all came back. We would definitely use again if we were searching for a place to rent.

GoogleHorrible customer service, Staff is RUDE to the point they laughed at my Bf face when he explained our availability. Who do you think you are? Try to be more respectful towards your customers, and people in general. We won't spend our money in a company that hired such as rude people

GoogleBlack Katz were extremely disappointing. They have told us it is not their job to help us. We had problems with the flat moving in when the flat wasn't clean and while requesting a reference now we've left and they have offered no assistance. We have repeatedly asked for help when dealing with our landlord and they have consistently told us they won't help because it is apparently not their responsibility. Considering the high realtor fees of over £160 per person, you'd expect better service. Or any service. Beyond forwarding contracts they have done nothing to help us all year and while we continue to have issues now they are still saying they won't help. Would not recommend.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies I have every dealt with. Rude staff and dealing with landlords that do not keep their contract promises. Once the contract is signed they just leave you alone with the problems! I do not recommend renting from them...

GoogleClassic pushy estate agents who don't keep their word. Only dealt with them in the beginning stages when they have shown me around properties, but they are ridiculously pushy, they rarely have pictures of the property they are renting out, and their properties are often on for higher than the market rate. They prey on students. There are far better agents out there.

GoogleWe have rented two properties through Black Katz and our overall experience has been very good. Both searches were quick and easy because the agents took the time to understand what we were looking for, and we have been particularly impressed by the management of the properties. Dara Madden has been an excellent point of contact throughout our tenancies, she responds to questions quickly and clearly, keeps us well informed and is always so happy to help. I would definitely recommend Black Katz to anybody who is looking to rent a property in London!

GoogleIt's been really great dealing with Black Katz, from finding a lovely place to live, to getting a better deal than advertised, and then throughout out 2 year tenancy. They were always very helpful and easy to get in touch with, and really did their best to solve any and all problems we had with the property (of which there were really very few!). Highly recommended!

GoogleBlack Katz have been extremely unhelpful and disorganised over the course of our letting with them. Originally, organising viewings and admin for us to get the house through them was incredibly difficult and having decided not to renew our contract, we have been forced to host viewings at 2 hours notice and have sat waiting for 45 minutes for what turned out to be a cancelled viewing. Regret using their service and won’t go through them again.

GoogleHad an awesome experience dealing with these guys, Caley was an absolute legend in helping me to find the right flat. Even though I ended up renting an apartment via another agency, I'd definitely recommend Black Katz and would go back to them again (hopefully not too soon!).
