GoogleJack, our agent was very helpful in showing us the apartments that would fit our criteria and helping us negotiable for a reasonable set of white goods to be provided. I would have loved more help in terms of dealing with the landlord in person and get all our questions answered about the apartment - gas/electricity/water/internet etc. But overall, they have been great and very efficient in getting all the paper work done.

GoogleBRILLIANT EXERPIENCE! Aidan from blackkatz was able to find the perfect property for me. He stuck to my budget and location requirements to ensure I was placed in the best available property. As I wasn't living in London at the time and travel was extortionate, Aidan made sure I only made one visit to view properties and also called me once a week with updates on my property search to ensure I was happy with the progress in finding the perfect flat. Even when other estate agents told me I would never find a place within my budget and in the area I was looking, Aidan promised me we could find somewhere! And he did exactly that! I would highly recommend this estate agents! Excellent company and even better people!

GoogleAs a Landlord, BlackKatz were a pleasure to deal with. Aidan was extremely responsive in getting my flat listed to start with, provided clear advice on what needed to be done, by when, what the options were etc. The handover to Jack and Sara was seamless; they both helped to complete the deal with as little hassle as possible. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleHorrible experience with Black Katz. All the flats on their website are gone and once you call them they try to sell you something that you did not ask for. Black Katz was great few years ago but it is becoming really bad and their service client is awful. Also all their properties are old and dirty. I finally found my flat at Green & Co and happy with them.

GoogleFor the last 12 months we have been renting a property managed by Black Katz West Hampstead. We were introduced to the property by Jack who has been a fine source of information about renting in London (we came in from overseas) and has been helpful on a number of occasions since the first stage contact. It has been a pleasure to deal with him. The same also goes for Sara who has managed the office communications, and handling of documentation, very efficiently and pleasantly. Our observations tell us that the West Hampstead office of Black Katz consists of people who are smart, respect each other and work well together, know their industry, know how to relate to renters and landlords, and do what they say they will do. It would be good if all one's professional relationships were as good as this.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Black Katz. Jack, in particular, was extremely helpful and quickly understood exactly what we wanted. He came into work on Saturday afternoon and Sunday just to help us out. Jack is brilliant and an asset to their business.

GoogleJack, after a prolonged and frustrating flat hunt with other agents, provided excellent service and support in helping us secure the perfect flat. Not only did he listen to our requirements, he went out of his way over the weekend to show us an additional property, negotiate with the landlord and answer our queries. Along with Sara's help, this ensured we were in the flat within two weeks. Thanks for helping two damsels in distress!

GoogleIf you are sick of typical agents who don't listen to your requirements and help you find somewhere you actually want to live this is the agency for you! If you want a highly efficient team who work together and will work around your availability this is the agency for you. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

GoogleMy fiancee and I were shown a few properties by Jack. The selection of properties he showed us was pretty much perfect. Every detail from the preceding phone conversation was acknowledged and this lead to very pleasant, easy going viewings, where we never felt like our time was being wasted. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking to move to the area. Thanks Jack and Black-Katz!

GoogleAiden and the team were incredible. Due to another landlord with a different estate agent pulling out last minute and retracting my tenancy agreement to move in, I was affectively about to be homeless. Aiden responded to my urgen enquiry to view another property on Zoopla the same evening I sent it, and we viewed it together the following morning. He and the rest of the team did everything they could to expedite my move, and I was into that new rented property 3 days later. I had moved in before other estate agents on Zoopla had even returned my enquiry from Zoopla!!

GoogleGreat office , I cant speak for the company's ethos and conduct but our experience in in the west hampstead brsnch was great!!! Gary was great, listen to our needs great mediators between landlords and tennants,organised And friendly,and most of all none of that pushy salesman, Gary our agent was awesome accommodating us even beyond his working hours !!! Young eviroment and a new approach to real state! Will definitely come back to them next time we move!!!

GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience Black Katz were unprofessional, inappropriate and terrible communicators. They lost us the contract on a house and held onto our deposit of £5000 for over 3 weeks.

GoogleMoving to London we got in contact with a lot of agents to try and find a suitable property to rent. Raj at Black Katz was by far the most helpful. He was attentive to our search and listened to our feedback on properties we saw to try and match us to their most appropriate listing. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with them and we are in a property we love. Additionally the administrative side was taken care of quickly and professionally.

She showed us a great place that we applied for on the spot. Michael and Gemma have been really efficient with paperwork and getting everything arranged. We are really happy with the process so far and would recommend Black Katz to anyone looking for a new home.

GoogleMyself and 2 others were supposed to move into a property being managed by Black Katz. We paid all of the money (over £5000), showed all of the appriorate documentation, all we had to do was sign the tenancy agreement. The real estate held our money for 3 weeks before informing us, the day before our move in date, that the landlady did not have the appropriate HMO license to let to us. At times they were unprofessional and terrible communicators. Very disappointed and would not recommend this agency.

GoogleReally helpful and always very quick to respond to any queries I had about the flat I have since moved in to. This was a brand new renovation so there was a lot of questions to be answered and coordination needed which they handled for me right up until the day I moved in.
