GoogleWe've been working with Black Katz for 3 years now. They helped us lease our first flat here in the UK, when when had no rental history, and they helped us move into a larger place after a year. Paul and William have been amazing, flexible, and understanding. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleMyself and my 3 friends are students so it was the first time renting a flat. We’re very lucky to have Black Katz as the first agency and especially Will to help us with the process. Any queries/help we needed dealt with was sorted straight away and with ease. I would 100% recommended Black Katz and thank you again Will!!

GoogleI am writing this review based on the good service provided by Black Katz. We have been with this agency for 3 years now and they never stopped impressing us with their professionalism and help. William and Paul helped us a lot with our inquires and questions regarding the property that we rented and we appreciated a lot their patience and professionalism. They always kept their word in everything they said. I must say that the pack they gave us in the beginning with informations regarding utilities and how to contact the providers was a massive help. We are very happy with this agency and i wish for them all the best in future. Many thanks again to William and Paul!

GoogleCustomerservice? Terrible. Promisses the world, never heard from them again. Have you seen their Rightmove adverts? Oh my gosh! Not remotely professional. Can not recommend. They aim for the lower quality in the market, fair enough, but no need to have a low service.

GoogleI'm the landlady and I've worked with them for many years. Zia knows the market very well. He gives almost personalised service. He selects the right tenant who would be happy in my flat. He answers immediately when I have a question. His coworkers are also very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

GoogleOur experience with Black Katz has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. Dan has been extremely patient in showing us multiple properties until we found the one we liked. After agreeing on a property the communication with regards to contract, tenancy agreement etc has been very efficient. Zia and Morgan have been super helpful with every query that we've had. We would happily recommend their services to friends and family in the future.

GoogleA lot of friends have mentioned that finding a place in London is a nightmare, so i was uncertain when i popped into BlackKatz by chance after work one day. Met Aidan who very kindly discussed options with me and immediately offered to show …

GoogleJack and Sara were most helpful in finding tenants for my flat and acted in a very professional manner.

GoogleMy wife and I have just moved to the UK from South Africa and have been looking to rent an apartment in West Hampstead. We were contacted by Jack who had a couple properties he wanted to show us. We were impressed with the quality of properties and found one particular one that we absolutely loved. In the end the only reason we didn't put down a offer was due to the distance between the train station and the apartment. My wife commutes to St Albans every day so travel time was a hefty consideration. Needless to say Jack was very helpful and professional. He arranged an additional viewing of the apartment, at short notice, and was always on hand to answer questions. Often late at night. Thank you for the great service.
