GoogleLeft me waiting in front of their office for half an hour with zero contact until I just gave up and left. Clearly does not value the time of potential tenants.

GoogleAs a tenant, I can't see myself giving more than 1 star to any agency, considering how they make use of their power over us. But considering our experience with Black Katz, I think they particularly deserve a bad review. My reasons to think that are: - After our first year in the flat, in 2018 they tried to increase the rent without asking the landlord. Once we realized, and the landlord confirmed us that they were happy with the current rent, Black Katz offered us to half the admin fees that year (I think just to avoid us to raise this issue to a higher level). - In consecutive years they have been charging us abusive admin fees (something I understand is common for all agencies). However, even after the approval of the new tenants act, they refused to update this payment to a more reasonable amount or update the contract to decrease this payment for coming years.

FacebookSofia from the Candem office did an awful job managing an issue with bedbugs infestation we had at one of Black katz properties. We lived a nightmare and we were left alone facing the infestation. Think twice before you choose Black Katz. They don't care about their tenants - it's all about money.

GoogleRogue letting agents, illegal deposit deductions, not submitting deposit in legal timeframes, late fixes of boiler etc. Avoid this letting agent.

GoogleReally great smooth experience renting in London. Tim showed us the place, helped us with asking for some improvements prior to the move and Vince helped with negotiating with the landlord. Patricia was slick with all the paperwork. A+

GoogleI had to deal with Black Katz after being forced from my 1400 square foot apartment in Muswell Hill by Kinley Folkhard and Haywood. The atmosphere was agressive, offhand and pushy. I found them impossible to deal with on any real level …

GoogleIf I could not give any stars to the admin of this company I would. It’s been 37 days since we moved out and we haven’t yet received our deposit. We were never send pictures re our deductions until we asked for them and they general way of treating us Re our money has been horrible. Making us feel anxious and lost in the process. Avoid this agency like the plague. On another note crouch end brand were amazing. Especially Johnny.

GoogleWe made an offer for a year contract with 6 month break clause, never told us some parts of the offer wasnt accepted like the breakclause but had already taken our deposit and more just general lack of basic competency from the whole estate agent.
