GoogleAlex and Vincenzo were the perfect agents I could have asked for to find a new flat. In just a day I was able to see six properties, thanks to their help, and even put an offer for one! With great pleasure Vincenzo communicated me later on the day that the offer has gone through, making my day. I would recommend this agency to whomever is looking for a serious and professional help to find a new place to call home.

GoogleI was shown flats by Johnny. He was so professional. When mentioned to him that I reached the first flat he wanted to show me, about 30minutes earlier, he came as soon as he could. He showed us different flats in the areas we mentioned without wasting our time. He really listened to our needs and helped getting the best deal we could in the flat that we currently rent. Overall amazing experience with Black Katz agency. They don’t waste your time and have some really nice properties. The renting experience overall was very positive and hassle free! Thank you Johnny and Black Katz West Hampstead :)))

GoogleMay God grant everyone who has had to use this wretched company patience. They don’t reply to any problem - we were without a functioning fridge tray for a year. They will look for any excuse to take chunks of out your deposit. They pinned multiple things already present at the property on us just to rob money off the deposit. Took £400 to “clear the garden” which they callously did not tell us we were responsible to keep clean, but a few months later the garden was exactly how we’d left it. Avoid like the plague. I’d honestly risk living on the streets and getting tuberculosis before using this company ever again. Typical thieving estate agent - nothing unexpected in London. Deal directly with a landlord and avoid these predatory companies if you are able.

GoogleThe easiest 5 stars we've ever rated. The manager Michal, admin Erika & Silvia was exceptional - so talented, helpful, knowledgeable. We're very pleased with how they helped us, from start to finish. We are settled in our new place, thank you so much to the whole west Hampstead Black Katz team. I would highly recommend anyone for their professionalism & straightforward approach.

GoogleThe absolute worst most abhorrent agency I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. They are late and negligent to respond to any tenant issues and absolutely do not care about ensuring your wellbeing whatsoever. If I could go back I …

GoogleI've rent a flat that had a few issues which they should have checked and fixed before I move in, as the flat was already empty. Sometimes when you need to contact them about something you have to wait about a week just to get a reply.
