Gary is an absolute top bloke, genuinely one of the best people to be in contact with regarding property searches. Clear, concise and thorough throughout. 100% recommend them. GoogleStrongly recommend!!! 💪 So we started hunting for the new home so it's catches my eyes a property posted in the website of BLACK KATZ so we contacted them, and Jamie sent us more links with more properties,and in the same day we had already first viewing with Aidan. Later on, in 3O minutes we blocked our property and then Erika done all paperwork so quickly and efficiently. We really want to say big THANK YOU to AIDAN!!! He was so professional and clear for the beginning, friendly and so helpful. We didn't felt pushed from him and also he explained to us in details about the property all information necessary. Now we are so happy because we got our perfect Home! Thank you very much BLACK KATZ! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

GoogleI’ve had such a wonderful experience looking for a 3 bedroom flat with Black Katz, and most importantly the experience was certainly made enjoyable and stress free with the huge help of the agent Gary, who was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone straight away, and continued to be the best throughout. I haven’t had such a great experience looking for a flat elsewhere, nor have I received much help from other agencies agents, but at Black Katz Gary went above and beyond for me and my friends and we are eternally great full. The whole house hunting experience was super fun and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Everything was sorted so quickly, and we secured the flat within a week! And booking a viewing with Black Katz for the property was also so easy and quick. I highly recommend Black Katz, and I would also like to shout out Gary one more time! He’s the best.

GoogleThe worst agency i’ve ever dealt with, specially avoid Rosie. They did not arrange to pay back my deposit within 14 days after tenancy termination which even raised the landlord’s anger.

GoogleBy far the least helpful and communicative agency I have looked into to find a flat. They have advertised and rented out a flat to me that was not habitable by letting the landlord paint over the problem. When contacted regarding the problems they said it is not their business and blocked me on lines of communication. Do no use this agency. Agents took weeks to sort basic tasks regarding documentation.

GoogleI have just let a property from black katz, through Dani in particular. I was impressed with his professionalism and he was very helpful throughout the process. He made the procedure very easy and straight forward. Through the letting process I also talk to Marlena and Zia who were very helpful as well. I am sure that the first impression I got from the people of black katz will continue to be this good.

GoogleThey took my safety deposit and then refused me because I’m a Vet in my probation period The lady that took my money “ Shayla Khan “ blocked me directly after , after calling the agency , I was told I’m being impatient and that it will take 3 days to get the money back , 3 days later nothing yet . Disgusting approach to potential customers and terrible customer service , unprofessional. The least to say is that I didn’t receive my safety deposit back and I’m still blocked by there employee , not even an apology for wasting my time .

GooglePlease, if there is anything you do, do not go with Black Katz if you are a tenant or a landlord. I don’t care how stunning the property may be, they are not worth it. They are unprofessional, rude, non caring and have no interest in your wellbeing or the state of the property. All they care about is making as much money as they possibly can. Time and time again they let us down as tenant going as far as leaving us without power in the middle of winter for 2 days, resulting in us having to sort out the problems ourselves. Upon exit of properties (as we have been with them more than once) they provide the most pedantic exit checks and do everything within their power to ensure as little of your deposit is returned to you as possible. They have claimed working hours, good luck reaching them within them. They start an hour later and finish an hour earlier, oftentimes emailing you right before they close so you dont have time to respond and end up waiting for days. They are truly, the worst of the worst. Please, avoid at any cost.

GoogleMy experience with the Black Katz agency was perfect. I asked Shayla to visit a flat at 11am and got an answer 10 minutes later to visit it at 1pm on the same day. The processing of my documents was fast and efficient, and allowed me to move in within the next week of my search. The team was super reactive to provide details and answer questions, thanks Amy Molly and Rachel. One thing to note : the black Katz website can seem suspicious compared to more recent comparators like RightMove but the level of service from the team is excellent. 100% would recommend, thanks.

GoogleTerrible terrible agency that I had the misfortune of renting from. As other reviews mention here, Rosie was the property manager for the place that we were renting as well, and was unresponsive for most times and it was so bad for us, that at one point we did not have any hot water in our bathroom for 23 days straight! Also at the end of the tenancy we got the deposit back after 5 weeks. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Amaan, We are sorry that you have felt the need to complain; we want all our tenants to be happy. Our records show that on 1/5/21 you reported low pressure and it was decided that a new boiler would be required. Due to the high cost of a new boiler your landlord understandably required two quotes which were obtained on the 12/5/21 and on the 14/5/21 one quote was approved and the contractor confirmed they could order and install the new boiler on the 20/5/21. Regrettably, it was not a minor issue that could easily and quickly be resolved but required a new boiler which is not something that can quickly be achieved. Regarding the deposit return there was a negotiated settlement between all parties and you received your deposit in full. We are sorry you feel matters were not to your satisfaction but please understand this did involve a complete new boiler replacement and you have received your deposit in full.
