GoogleWhile other agents were offering tiny places for an enormous amount of money, claiming that this is the renting market in NW1 and I wouldn't be able to find any better option, , Black Katz found a two bed flat with the best quality/price ratio in Camden. I couldn't believed it when Malcolm showed me the flat. Zia and Malcolm were remarkably helpful and attentive and managed to make the renting process quick and easy. They kept assisting me also in the following months, answering any question I had in a very kind a professional way. I would strongly recommend Black Katz to anyone wishing to rent in central London.

GoogleOur offer was accepted on May 23rd, for moving in June 1st. We wired the deposit the next day. On May 31st at 3pm, they hadn't signed the contract yet. When I called them on the phone asking what was going on, they said that the background check would "hopefully" be done by the end of the day. My wife and I had given them everything they had asked for, including statements from all of our bank accounts. It was really stressful for us not to know if we could move in until less than 24 hours earlier. Stay. Away. From. Them.

GoogleWe've initially dealt with Raj, who was extremely helpful and let us view the apartment twice before we decided that we did indeed want the flat (he found it for us after telling him what we were looking for, and it was spot-on the first time). After that we switched to dealing with Lauren who did the paperwork side of things. She always responded quick and with all the information we needed, even though I was probably a little annoying due to having so many questions. Dealing with Black Katz has been an absolute pleasure and we couldn't be happier.

GoogleA lot of friends have mentioned that finding a place in London is a nightmare, so i was uncertain when i popped into BlackKatz by chance after work one day. Met Aidan who very kindly discussed options with me and immediately offered to show me several properties straight away. Being new to the area, he explained where the nearest tube stations/shops were and offered very impartial advice. From viewing one property, i immediately knew that this was the one. From viewing and signing the flat, it took under 24 hours and this was down to the swift and efficient service offered by BlackKatz and Aidan. They took care of all the work between the landlord and us. Would definitely recommend checking out BlackKatz!

GoogleGreat experience. We walked in on a late Friday afternoon and had found a place by that evening. Aiden was an incredible help for us--not only friendly, informative and patient as he showed us the properties, but he worked hard and ended up staying late just to make sure everything was in order. Working with Sara after finding our new place was a pleasure as well--she was extremely helpful in making sure all of the details were in place to make the move as smooth as possible. In all the moves we've made, we've never gone through this process so quickly. When we eventually move again Black Katz will be our first stop without any hesitation.

GoogleI was looking for a property asap in London and our negotiator Wil Taylor at Black Katz was by far the most helpful, friendly and professional agent out of many of their competitors that I had spoken with. He understood our requirements and was very quick to follow up with a suitable property for my flatmate and I, even fitting us in last minute at the end of the day, for a second viewing. Sara Gomes was also very friendly and efficient at ensuring everything was up to speed in terms of paperwork for our move in date and responded thoroughly to any post queries I had regarding this. We are both grateful we came across Black Katz and would recommend to others looking to move within London.

GoogleWe had an opportunity to deal with Will and Sara (mainly) - everything from the viewing up until signing contract was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Black Katz - I have dealt with them in the past, they are very dynamic and friendly team, they understand needs and market e.g. we were are two friends looking for move in, very realistic and approachable, happy to help us with what we were looking fore. Easy to deal with. I will for sure use them in the future. Very flexible - which is quite important to us especially with a full time jobs. Z.
