GoogleBlack Katz have been renting my property for over 7 years now. Zia always finds the most amazing tenants, I never have any problems with any of them and my property is always rented. I have total faith in all the team 5* service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleI had a great experience with Black Katz in Camden. I stayed in one of their properties for a year, and whenever I had an issue, the team was always quick to respond and helpful. Both the move-in and move-out process were easy and straightforward. A special mention to Zia, who has been an absolute star throughout! Would definitely recommend Black Katz.

Very proactive, adaptable and professional. On top of regulatory changes, especially the Renters’ Rights Act, they provided swift and insightful advice that helped me to navigate various challenges seamlessly. I very highly recommend any landlord to work with them.

Zia, Raj and Danny are so professional, extremely helpful, personal service taylored to your needs and are there to assist throughout with everything. They go above and beyond, I have never experienced this level of service anywhere else. They are stuck with me for life now, I would highly recommend. I would give 10 stars if it was possible ✨️

GoogleBlack Katz Camden have been finding tenants for me for more than 20 years. They have been realistic about market rents & have always successful. Lauren, administrator for references, contracts etc is quick & efficient. Zia & Dani managers of the Camden office reply to all calls & are always ready to give advice on how to sort out problems with tenants.
