GoogleAn absolutely appauling estate agent. 6 months of complete apathy and incompetence. Sold the house 40,000 below market value to a property dealer who walked into a different office. Put a junior with no experience or initiative in charge of the sale. No negotiation or communication from the agent, never chased unless instructed to do so, then took a holiday 2 days before completion date with outstanding issues, leaving no instuctions for anyone in the office. Office was no help just said he was on holiday. if you do use this agent avoid using Oliver at all costs, as it almost cost me the sale. Suggest anyone use any other agent, the lack of any kind of service was truely shocking, luckily my solicitor was on top of the sale. It is about time agentls like this start earning their exhorbitant fees for basically being an online shop window. The house was successfully let by the Chelmsford team for 7 years and they offered a professional letting service that i can hihly recommend and helped me extensively with a problem tennant. Unfortunately the sales team are the opposite end of the professionalism scale.

GoogleBeresfords have let my property for 8 years while I have been in Australia and dealt with a particularly difficult tennant with exceptional skill and professionalism, that saved be tens of thousands in legal and potential court fees. The new tennant was great and Beresfords acted fairly to both tennant and landlord, ensuring required repairs were carried out quickly and at a reasonably price to help both tennant and landlord alike. I am happy to recommend the team to any landlord and tennant. shame the sales team are not as professional!

GoogleRecently let my property out through Beresfords in Braintree and can't thank Jo & Ryan enough for their hard work in sourcing me a great set of tenants. Wasn't an easy decision to rent my first house out but felt they were really understanding of my worries and kept me updated at all times. The aftercare following on from the tenants moving in by Katy and Christine is also really appreciated. Thank you so much guys.

GoogleBeresfords were so quick to get me in to see a property that had just come up to let as well as follow up visits at the property and understood the timescale I was on and worked with it. Easy to communicate with and made the process of me moving from Kent to Essex very easy! The property management team were also very helpful and even followed up to make sure everything was sorted. Warm and welcoming. Great experience so far

Just so you are aware any contact we have from day 1 with potential landlords or tenants are entered onto our own internal system.
