GoogleThe last 3 years renting via Benham Reeves in Kensington has been really good - friends had mentioned how bad their service was with their agent when they had issues but shout out to their Head of Lettings Marc who worked wonders getting a plumber out to fix my boiler on Christmas Day which was definitely above and beyond! I’m sad I am now going back to Malaysia as will miss that cold weather!!

GoogleJust appointed Benham & Reeves as my new letting agents and i have to say the whole process went very smoothly. Di Gong was quick to response to my email and his approach to explaining me the current rental market conditions in London were very professional, realistic and pragmatic; something you dont find in many agents. He was very quick to respond and explain to all my questions, and was always available to assist in anything i need. The process to onboard me as a new client was super easy and quick and the management fee and various charges are very reasonable (and lower) compared to most letting agents around. All in all i have to say that the service was top notch, very professional and i would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy agents in London.

When we were asked to leave at the landlord's request, which was a stressful and uncertain time, you went above and beyond to help us find somewhere new quickly and smoothly. That really meant a lot to Heather and me, and made a difficult situation far easier than it could have been. We're now relocating to Dublin, which is bittersweet in many ways, but we leave with really fond memories of the homes you helped us find. The staff were helpful, however, one of them was very mean with me and my husband while speaking on the phone. I sent them my tenancy agreement which was just a piece of paper because I used to live in a single room. And she started saying that the tenancy agreement that I sent very “strange”, I was trying to explain but she kept saying same thing with same manner. Also she did the same with my husband. Overall, the others were very kind and helpful.

Benhams manage the letting of my 2 flats and have recently found new tenants for both flats. Amelia Wright & Samuel Collins were both very helpful and the lettings went smoothly apart from a slight glitch where last minute, it was discovered a piece of furniture was missing from one of the flats. Claire Greenwood very smoothly sorted this out and made sure the furniture was in place in time for the new tenants. Thanks to all at Benhams who are involved in managing my flats, your professionalism is much appreciated.
