The Estate Agent team, Roman and Tommy helped successfully sell our 2 bedroom apartment in Kew Bridge and were excellent in communication and decision making all the way through the process, which was made more complicated by the residential development going through a freehold transfer project during the same period. Abbas Efir was absolutely excellent as Property Management Administrator. He could not have been more helpful and efficient at all times. Shali Motachande as Lettings Negotiator was also terrific. The missing star is because of my unfortunate experience with the Property Manager responsible for making the inventory checkout and deposit nightmarish last year. She knows who she is and I do hope she improves!

I thought paying a higher fee to an agency which has an office in Singapore will be easier to manage a London poperty since I am based in Singapore. It ended up an expensive exercise.

They appears to be rude and bookish as opposed to find solutions to assist clients. There is more to it, which I intend to place on social medias and would probably considering not to renew my contract with your firm

Great experience working with Rahim Velji during the recent process of renting our flat. He highlighted certain areas in the flat that needed refurbishment or improvement, if done, would lead quickly in finding a good tenant. We took his advice and the needful was done. Rahim and his team, as indicated, then were quickly able to find a suitable tenancy.

GoogleMy family have been using Benham and Reeves Kensington office for sales, buying and lettings. They offer a comprehensive service especially for Kensington area. Most recently last month Sara helped me sell a flat she got an offer within a week and the sale completed in 3 months. Amazing. Sara is extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. That’s what you need from someone to sell your property.
