GoogleI am at the end of an almost 2 yr tenancy and I just wanted to take the time, amidst all my errands and packing, recognise Chris S from Properh Manangement. I have lived in London for sveral years and have rented different flats but he is the most reasonable, understanding and responsive property manager/team leader I have dealt with. I am writing this as I think people should take as much time praising as we often do calling out issues. Whilst the flat has had a few electrical and appliance issue throughout my stay, Chris has made dealing with them so much easier than my past experience. Had it not been for circumstances beyond my control, I wouldn’t have moved out bec Chris S (and Wesley) are two of the best and most professional people I have met. Thank YOU!

We are incredibly thankful for all the assistance, help and surprising kindness shown to us by everyone at Benham & Reeves in selling our flat. In particular Maciej (Canary wharf office) was really amazing especially the speed in replying to answering our emails however minor the query. Even once the flat was sold Maciej still checked in 3 times that all was ok. We really are thankful to Maciej and the whole of the Benham & Reeves team.

Trustpilot100% remote management and all's good
I am 100% relying on Benham & Reeves team to manage my property as I live abroad - there are a few hiccups along the way but Ivan and his team are supporting me through these and so far I do not have major troubles in terms of keeping my flat in good condition (though I've never seen it myself) and collecting rents. They definitely know about my flat better than myself. Thank you for treating my flat as if it's your own.

I started my tenancy around 6 years ago and had great experience with Rahim and Anne regarding the viewing of the property and the process of renting the property. GoogleI have been dealing with Benham & Reeves for the last almost 13 years. As a landlord, I have found them as very reliable and professional in the property letting business. Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable. The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.
