B&R rent and manage the property where I have lived for the 4 years. The letting and renewal processes have been managed very smoothly; furthermore the property managers are always available on providing prompt support and answering to any question or solving any issue. Replying to questions is quick without any needs of chasing, When the property manager is on leave, the service maintain the same high level of quality without any disruption or problem. B&R provide a very valuable service.

B&R let and manage the property where I live and they have consistently provided an exceptional service throughout the let. The initial search, negotiation and letting process was smooth and very professional as were subsequent rental contract renewals. However, the stand out factor at B&R is their property manager Athina Yiasoumi who has been outstanding in helping me resolve issues as a tenant. She is friendly, approachable but also a consummate professional who will work on whatever problem I've asked her help with, with a single-minded focus that is unfortunately rare in this industry. I've dealt with lots of property managers in the past and I can confidently recommend her as one of the very best. Most recently she's assisted in resolving a case of unfairly issued parking tickets and despite many hurdles she managed to convince the parking company to drop the charges. What a star!

Honestly very disappointed , as an overseas student i was told they are the only agent that deal with flats in beaufort park and trusted them , very quickly i realised they are terrible and i reported a few issues to them and they never repaired the problems and never called me back ! My friends rented from another agent on the development and got a better service even when they had some issue with a power failure the agent attended at 11pm to assure them he would resolve the issue .i was never fully returned my deposit and they kept telling me it a different department that deal with my deposit .....not happy ...

Friendly but ineffectual. Despite paying £1700 for an apartment we do not have a working satellite feed. We told B&R this four weeks ago and we have had one phone call and multiple promises via email. There has been no engineer call and no attempt to fix this basic service.

I had my first point of contact and viewing with Sarah from the Canary Wharf/Greenwich office for a studio flat in the Kidbrooke Village development. Unfortunately, that arrangement fell through and I was unable to secure that unit. However, availability opened up for the unit I'm currently in at Beaufort Park, and the entire process could not have been more fluid. Sarah saw to it that all the information that had already been collected for my file in regards to the Kidbrooke studio was transferred to her colleagues at Beaufort Park, negating the need to undergo referencing once more. I was then in contact with Jasmin at Beaufort Park, and she was just as helpful and professional as Sarah was. I had been searching for a flat for quite some time before landing the one I have now, and spoke to quite a few estate agents in the process. A frightening majority of them were horribly unreliable and some were downright unprofessional. Benham and Reeves was a refreshing change of pace and made my entire flat hunting experience more enjoyable again. Jasmin and Sylvie at Beaufort Park handled all the paperwork with my tenancy agreement with ease, and made everything extremely convenient.
