We used Balgores Upminster to buy our new home. We went through Jess who was very patient and understanding. They were very keen for us to purchase the property and made sure things ran smoothly and quickly, chasing people that needed chasing to ensure a quick process. We're very happy in our new home and definitely recommend them.

I would like to recommend Mark @ Balgores Upminister Estate Agent & Letting to anyone who are in this process. We are looking forward to receiving our keys next week. Thank you Mark and your team.

This flagship branch is the very best I have experienced in Essex. Richard and Abbie have both been very helpful in our quest to find the right property. They have both been extremely professional, polite and helpful at all times.

Excellent professional and friendly service from Ric Burns at Balgores in Upminster. I do not know what I would have done without him as the matter was complicated and time consuming.

Pretty bad - we rented through them in Upminister. Constant issues / faults with flat there were not dealt with on time, my partner who spent so much time chasing up things. Very inefficient. Would never use again.
