Friendly agent and keen on availability but lacks knowledge in digital work. Maybe is not important for other people but was super important for us to have everything in good shape and on time, which we haven't. If we had had a signed contract from the counter party with a date of entry at the corresponding moment we would have started that tenancy. Best of luck

Hi Natalie thank you for your feedback. The usual process with Docusign has worked for many others and so you wanted it differently and so we were about to change this to accommodate your needs. Everything was good at our end for you to move in. Receiving complaint paperwork before move in date. Best wishes for the future
