Would highly recommend Balgores in Chelmsford. We were previously privately renting and our landlord gave us notice which was incredibly stressful and upsetting given the current climate and uncertainty. We viewed various properties to no avail and was filled with uncertainty. Do yourself a favour - sign up with someone else Their website does not work on mobile phones They do not have basic information able to be collected on their open home app. They do not take any feedback that was sent from 5 years ago to make better. But don’t worry they have been pouring all their efforts and resources into a property mgmt software program at the expense of their sales crm . I have given this company so many opportunities to redeem themselves even offered to drive to Brisbane to discuss their issues but they don’t want to hear them. We will be going elsewhere as is a lot of other current offices as why would you stay
