GoogleRicky and his team handled the sale of my mum's house impeccably from the initial valuation visit in April to the completion in August. A comparatively straight forward sale but nevertheless, no complaints from my side.

GoogleCrikey! Having been in the lettings business for over 5 years, I can this firm is NOT good to do business with. Poorly informed, poorly organised, unreliable and to make matters worse, impossible to get hold of on the phone when trying to resolve their incompetencies!

GoogleDespite a long process the staff at Balgores stayed in for the long haul and didn't dismiss me even as my sale hit stumbling blocks. Ricky at Chelmsford and Marie in South Woodham were always available and on my side.
