GoogleThese guys have helped with the sales of 2 properties for our family now. Honestly can't recommend them more. They've just done a probate sale for us, they've been respectful and kind the whole way through, and i couldn't be more grateful.

GoogleJamie, Joe and the team did a great job of handling a tricky property sale. They kept me informed and advised throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for better Thank you all very much for such a professional and effective service.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team in the Brentwood office. Right from the initial contact and valuation Michael was first class and kept me regularly updated with progress, even if there was nothing to report. Fantastic team and i would not hesitate to recommend if you are thinking of selling

GoogleAndrew and the team were amazing throughout the whole process from viewing to completion. As a first time buyer I pretty much had no idea on what to expect but Andrew provided updates and support through the whole 6 months. I would definitely recommend and go back in the future when I am ready for my next move!!! Thanks, Aysar

GoogleAbbie and Donna demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. They are the best.

GoogleHad a bit of a rollercoaster experience with purchasing and was very fortunate to be paired with both Abbie & Donna. Despite challenges posed by solicitors attempting to slow down the process, both Abbie & Donna went above and beyond to ensure the process was a smooth as possible from their end. Their unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines was truly commendable, and they navigated the complexities with unparalleled professionalism. Great service that made our home-buying journey a positive and successful one. Highly recommended!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant, nearly went with an online agent but it would have been a false economy. The staff here worked hard to get a buyer and managed to get a better price than we were expecting. Worth every penny of the fee. Every member of staff was helpful, you’d be bonkers not to use this agent.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this letting agent for nearly a decade, from the moment Carlos joined the team, he was a game changer. I don’t need to call on the letting agent often, because the property I rent is such a high standard, but when I do, Carlos always gets straight on it. Carlos is such an asset to Balgores, and it is a pleasure to deal with someone who always strives to do the right thing.

GoogleMichael just did the job. Advertised our house for rent in the morning, five viewers by evening. New tenants moved in within the week. Amazing work. Thank you.

GoogleHighly recommended agency, thank you Carlos for your support and prompt assistance when needed. Also, our landlord was very helpful, thank you for everything that was done for us!

GoogleJust rented through Balgores, and we couldn’t be happier, amazing service from start to finish, was a slight hiccup with house becoming flooded due to a leak beyond their control, however this was resolved through the landlady’s insurance company and we couldn’t be happier, kept in the loop with regular updates from Daniella she was amazing and Carlos, (Thank you both) a nice new home for Christmas. Looking forward to many years here, thank you Balgores.

GoogleRecently purchased my first house through Balgores and was fortunate enough to have Andrew help me through the process. He went above and beyond to support me through the process. He brought a great amount of knowledge and experience, that helped us overcome some critical issues in the process. I would highly recommend Balgores

GoogleVery disorganized and unprofessional... I was interested in a property, and booked a view as soon as it appeared on the market. It kept getting cancelled and rebooked for a later date. After almost a week of waiting and getting ready to go and visit the place, I was told it was taken by someone else.
