I have been using Balgores to manage my rental property for many years. Ben Vainola and Dan have dealt with any issues very professionally. I am now selling my rental property and continue to use Balgores for the sale. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ben has given us good service since he took over as a manager of our rental property through Balgores. He is pro-active and works hard to find the best price for any repairs necessary at our property. He appears to have a good relationship with our tenant and contacts us promptly if anything needs attention. Thank you Ben.

Renting for the first time as a middle-age woman is tricky, Balgores (and Dan) helped with the process. There are many steps along the way and Dan tried to push things through.

We are very pleased with our service using Balgores in Chelmsford, we had a few snagging issues with the property when we moved in due to it being empty for a while. Daniel was key in getting these issues sorted out quickly and was a great support throughout. Grace and Ben were also helpful whenever we called the branch.

Staff at Balgores Chelmsford were efficient and gave clear information - particular mention to Ben and Daniel who responded quickly and positively to all requests for information etc. (February 2024): After dealing with my let property for several months, I confirm my earlier statement.

Highly recommend Allannah and team for the sale of any property. I recently sold my late parent’s property and it was handled seamlessly and which so much care. I don’t think I’ve met an estate agent as genuinely passionate as Allannah, and I’ve met quite a few. No messing around, rapid sale. Job done! ✅

Can’t recommend them enough! We are sitting in our own beautiful home at this moment enjoying a coffee in the garden. All thanks to these people. This should have happened years ago for us but when you don’t meet the right people with the skills you step back. It’s so important to get advice from someone experienced and efficient!! I just sold my property with the help of Ricky from Balogris Upminster Branch, and I’m thrilled with the experience! Ricky was fantastic from the first meeting to the final sale. He really knows his stuff and provided valuable insights that helped me set the right price. What I appreciated most was his responsiveness; he was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, I sold my property for a great price! If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent, Ricky is your guy. Highly recommend!
