Iam particularly impressed with Ms Jody Manno in the management office of the GIDEA PARK branch ...she guided me through the process of restoration of the property up to a very good standard for rental and insuring top level of safety and certification. GoogleReece at Balgores was incredibly responsive and on the ball in getting my property advertised, viewed and let out in a short space of time. He managed all the inspections, paperwork, viewings, deposit scheme and reference checking for me. Compared to previous years where I had managed the property myself, Balgores took all of the stress and hassle away from me. I would definitely recommend. Very professional.

GoogleJust bought my dream house in Chelmsford. Because it was our first house, we were very Paranoid. We were dealing with the great Ellie who was very patient and accommodating. We were did like 4 viewings through the process and she was there with the same smile every day. Highly recommended.
