GoogleFirst time I view a property with them, I meet the rudest agent (Sofia) I've ever come across. Second time I have a viewing with them, I turn up at the property, and no one's there, called them to find out they cancelled my appointment. No email or message left to inform me. Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won't be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.

His initial valuation visit was warm, professional, and entirely stress-free, He took the time to walk us through the entire selling process, and answered all of my Mom's questions with patience. GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I was very anxious about the ins and outs of buying a property. I'd heard the process could be very stressful. After saving my money while renting through Balgores, I contacted their sales team and spoke to Sophia. From the very first phone call, Sophia's warm, welcoming manner and friendly nature immediately put me at ease. She invited me into the office to discuss properties within my budget and also introduced me to their mortgage adviser. Sophia arranged several viewings and has been guiding me through every step of the process, always keeping me informed and making everything much less daunting. Google3 bedroom terraced house to rent Wickhay, Basildon, SS15 Enquired about a £1,600pcm property today and had a genuinely poor experience with one of the agents. Before I’d even finished stating my income, he’d already decided we “couldn’t afford it” defensive and dismissive from the very start of the call. When I pointed out we currently rent at £1,800pcm and were approved for that, he looked up an old income figure from about a year ago and used it against me, despite it still being above the property’s £48,000 threshold. Our current income is well above that. I even offered to go back over the call so he could actually hear the numbers properly - he cut the call not long after. When I said there was no point continuing and ended the conversation, he claimed he was “just giving advice.” That’s not what a defensive, dismissive tone from the first ten seconds of a call looks like. Poor communication and worse conduct. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a straightforward, professional enquiry.

GoogleLiam and Michael are outstanding - their knowledge of the rental market, their dedication to providing outstanding service and their results are truly remarkable. As first time Landlords we were nervous about entering the market, especially in light of recent legislative changes. However, they led us through the process thoroughly, professionally and clearly. It felt as though they worked around the clock to make sure they got the right tenants for our property. They had a solution for everything and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it - often exceeding expectations. I can’t rate them highly enough - I recommend them to everyone. True credits to the Balgores Basildon business - they drive for results and I expect many Landlords use Balgores because of them.
