They mananged the whole process for me from finding a tenant to getting them moved in and signing legals to managing the deposit and financials. The process to find a suitable tenant was extremely quick and beyond my expectations! Would not hesitate to recommend Balgores or Ben!

Last September/October we placed a property with Balgores it went live at 10.30 in the morning and was sold at 4.30 the same day. I had not sold a property before and the staff at Balgores were so helpful and talked me through the whole process. The process itself was simple and straightforward. I will be using them in future.
