Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience with Tracie and Jess! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. There were no problems, no issues, just genuine care and professionalism the whole way through. You can tell they truly care about what they do and about the people they’re helping. It’s rare to come across people who put so much heart into their work, but Tracie and Jess definitely do. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, they’re simply amazing!

GoogleHad a viewing booked for a property on Lilac Gardens Romford for Saturday 11th of October via Oskar. He then text messaged me on the 10th October advising that the vendor cancelled all the viewings and he will be in touch to rearrange. Didn't receive any further contact. Called today to rearrange the viewing and spoke to Mark, only to be told that viewings did in fact go ahead on the Saturday and throughout the week and offers were placed. When I questioned why I was told that the vendor cancelled all the viewings on Saturday, he changed his story and said the viewings took place over the weekday. I do wonder why my viewing was cancelled. I know they were aware of an offer i placed on a property via the Balgores Dagenham branch, I wonder if they did not want me to see any other properties as I had an offer pending. Very shady practices, reinforcing the old stereotype of estate agents
