For their fantastic work in marketing and selling our home in super quick time. From the initial visit we felt in the hands of professionals and the ongoing care and attention was amazing . From the beginning Clive Ellingham was so positive and prepared to market our house enthusiastically . Our case was passed to the capable Marie Ball who tirelessly progressed not only our sale but acted for the two buyers in the chain too! GoogleAn outstanding 5 star Estate Agent. I couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent - Whilst selling a property, I was taken for a fool by a "lesser" estate agent - a quick phone call to Matt Bates @ Winkworths, and he proved to me that not all estate agents are worth the bad rap they get. They offer fair pricing and an outstanding service - they will listen to you as the client and work with you to get the job done. Matt went above and beyond to sell our house for us, he and his team are all highly professional agents that understand the local market, know how to communicate effectively and efficiently with both vendors and purchasers, can deal with anything that comes up + they are all genuinely nice people! If your looking for an estate agent, I cannot recommend them enough - Give them a call - they are simply the best by a huge margin.

GoogleMassive thank you to Clint for the sale on our apartment. Clint put our apartment on the market and less than 2 weeks later.. sold it! From start to finish Clint kept us in the loop with absolutely everything and walked us through every step of the way. Selling a property can be very stressful but Clint made it smooth sailing and effortless for us. GoogleI’ve rented a property through this agency and the only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. When it comes to fixing problems that arise in the property that’s another story. Over 3 weeks now I’m unable to use the sink in the bathroom. On the rental payment day I will get a text message from them every hour until I pay rent but can’t get support when I’m in need of it. Don’t expect the same service when you’re in the property.
