GoogleDillan was great. Some complications on our onward purchase but wasn't by any means Dillan or the teams fault. Kept our buyer engaged for a long time and that's all we could ask for. We eventually found our new gaff and happily sold and moved in.

GoogleI would highly recommend Tatler, great service throughout with my house sale. Max explained everything clearly and professionally at the outset, and Jenna in Sales was excellent, generating consistent viewings and communicating very well. Regular updates were provided by her and later on the sales progression staff. Staff doing viewings were very good also, and were consistently available. Many thanks.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Ben, Debbie and the team at Oulsnam on the Hagley Road. My sale went exactly as Ben said it would, he got the marketing price right, despite differing opinions from other local agents. As always Ben's pictures of the property were brilliant and certainly helped secure viewings! 3 months from memo of sale to completion, with Christmas in between! Thank you!

GoogleWe went with Sarah Czuba after we had a few valuations from different estate agents, Sarah felt like the best fit for us as she lives local and is really knowledgeable about the area. Sarah was very welcoming and got the ball rolling quickly after instructing her. Within 4 days of having our house on the market with her we had our first viewing and the offer followed days later! I would highly recommend Sarah if you’re looking to market your property!

He was very knowledgeable about the house when we viewed it, enthusiastic and friendly, very pleasant to deal with. We had many problems down the chain causing delays to exchange and completion. Throughout, Clint was helpful with his advice and keeping communication flowing between us and the sellers, so we were able to retain the purchase agreement. All round, highly professional and experienced at the same time as approachable and helpful to both buyers and sellers
