I cannot recommend Allannah at Balgors Chelmsford enough. There is no other Agent in the city or even Essex like her. Professional, efficient and got out property on the market and sold with asking price within a month.

Terrible property management. We had a gas leak in our house and it took 48 hours for Holbrook’s ‘out of hours’ emergency to get back to us. Thank god Northern Gas Networks were able to fix the issue otherwise we would’ve been left without heating and hot water in the middle of winter with a baby. Reported countless issues with damp and mold and no one ever gets back in touch with us. Would not recommend.
