GoogleProfessional, Friendly, and Outstanding Service When we instructed Balgores in Hornchurch, the property market had already begun to decline. However, with Billy as our agent from the very beginning, bringing enthusiasm, hard work, and 5 star marketing, we sold our home within a week! Balgores also offers a Reservation Agreement between both parties, providing exclusivity to the buyer and peace of mind to the seller. Should the buyer withdraw from the sale without reason, they are legally obliged to pay a pre agreed fee to the seller, an option not commonly offered by other estate agents. Unfortunately, very late in the process, just as we were about to exchange, our buyer pulled out. In that moment, the Reservation Agreement proved invaluable, ensuring we were compensated. Billy was incredibly proactive. He immediately relaunched our property to the market, arranging viewings, many of which took place in the evening, outside his normal working hours. Thanks to his commitment, he secured another buyer, and the sale is now progressing well. We cannot fault Balgores’ 5 star service. They are genuinely lovely people who always have time for you. Good relationships are so important, and we would definitely recommend them.

GoogleOverall we are really happy with our experience. Arif was really attentive and took care of any questions or issues we had along the way. Donna was there to help push and chase the deal to be closed. The only really really minor thing I would say is that we were expecting a welcome hamper when we got our keys which we didn’t get, this would’ve made us feel like we really did complete it as I feel like it’s something that everyone kind of expects as the cherry on top. We obviously are extremely happy with our new home but it’s the little things. That aside, when we started the process, it was mandatory to sign the ‘Gazeal’ agreement this was a bit of a shock as we had to put down £500 deposit to ‘lock us in’ which we didn’t prepare for however this worked in our favour, we didn’t have to stress whether or not the seller would just change their mind or go with a better offer as we both had to put this money down almost as an insurance if something was unreasonable the other party would’ve compensated. As a first time buyer we were a little bit worried as it was something completely new for us to experience but Arif and Donna really made us feel at ease and explained any and every question I had and so I can say that I would definitely recommend Balgores Hornchurch!! GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Sandra showing us around a property today. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!

After a difficult and quite unfair experience with the Dagenham branch, I decided to contact the main Romford office to raise my concerns. From the moment Saoire answered the phone, everything changed. Not only did she take the time to listen and understand my situation, but she also went above and beyond to help me move forward. She secured a viewing for a property in Dagenham that I had been struggling to access and what really stood out was her professionalism and honesty: After discussing my needs in detail, she suggested that I might be better suited to a different property and arranged an additional viewing for a house in Harold Hill. She was absolutely right! The Harold Hill property turned out to be perfect for me, and today I’m proud to call it my home! Saoire’s support, insight, and genuine care made all the difference during what could have been a very stressful process. GoogleThe team in Romford dealt with a very tricky Leasehold sale for me it fell through more than once but they never gave up. I have bought and sold a few properties over the years but Balgores Romford were one of the most impressive team I have come across. A shout out for Marc de la Cruz who always returned my calls and emails and never left me hanging! And of course Ross who came to the rescue. Can’t recommend them enough.

At one stage, I was hesitant and unsure about the reservation agreement, as I didn’t fully understand all of the details. Oskar went through everything carefully, explaining it with complete transparency and honesty. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and ensured I felt fully informed and comfortable before proceeding. That level of integrity and patience made a huge difference. GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I recently bought a house through this company, and the process was smooth up until completion. After that, everything went downhill. Our personal data was repeatedly shared with third parties without our consent. My partner was contacted by building companies about a property he has never lived in (a property my mum lives in) and was even informed that their rent would be increasing. He was also contacted regarding a Section 21 notice that was intended for my mum. Each time they called, my partner clearly explained that he was not on the tenancy and had never lived at the property, yet the calls continued. I gave the branch manager the opportunity to resolve the issue. She assured me it had been sorted, but on the very same day my stepdad received a text containing both mine and my partner’s personal information, information that has absolutely nothing to do with him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ongoing data breaches from September until now are completely unacceptable and show a serious lack of care when handling personal information.
